In order to ease the process of Delivery Order
Collection, DMC Global Logistics LLC together with Dubai
Trade launches Electronic Delivery Order (eDO). We believe
that this initiative will alleviate the tedious process of
Delivery Order Collection, eliminate the need for physical
presence, and expedite the clearance process to meet
customer demands.
eDO will be now available for all shipments arriving at Jebel Ali from 05th of June 2023.
For shipments where the original bill of lading are to be submitted to us, you may walk in at your convenience and drop these off during our working hours.

Login to Dubai Trade Portal and
search for your Bills of lading under
“Request Delivery Order" with the Shipping
Agent’s Name : 55005-D2C FREIGHT LLC
“View charges and make payment: Payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking (direct bank debit) which does not require submission of payment proof. Alternatively, payments can be transferred, deposited (cash/cheque) to our bank account (bank details present below) and the deposit slip can be uploaded as payment proof.
Upload authorization documents to the portal, Upon submission, we will verify the documents and upload the eDO to Dubai Trade Portal, You will receive a notification alerting you that the DO is ready for download. Upon receipt, log on to Dubai Trade Portal and simply download your eDO.
